Many criteria for a perfect cleaning result
Each cleaning medium is individually adapted and developed for each workpiece in our PURIMA technical center. The chemical composition is precisely adapted to the specific impurities and the surface properties of the parts to be cleaned. In this way, we create the perfect symbiosis of maximum cleaning efficiency and simultaneous protection of each workpiece. In addition, many other aspects also play a role in the formulation of the cleaning medium, such as temperature and pressure resistance, good solubility or aspects relevant to occupational safety and environmental protection.
Cleaning medium and system must also match
However, users often underestimate the relevance of the medium for ongoing system operation. Many customers fall back on their standard cleaner and find that although it does the cleaning job very well on the component, it causes long-term damage to their cleaning system. Why? – The medium should always be adapted to the process used in the system and to the materials and electronics used. Otherwise there is a risk of gradual damage to the system. For example, a chemical in misty or atomized form is often even more aggressive than in liquid form. This means that fine mist can settle anywhere in the system, even in areas that are difficult to access or sensitive. The attack surface for potential damage is therefore larger.
